Galactus, the Devourer of Worlds, is officially coming to Marvel Future Fight. We’re finally getting more Fantastic Four content, everybody!
According to a supposed leak, Galactus is making his way to Marvel Future Fight as a new boss in Giant Boss Raid. While Netmarble has yet to confirm this, they did release a teaser today that basically confirms the big guy will be part of the v530 update.
From the same leak, we’re also supposed to be getting Galactus’ OG herald, Silver Surfer. Netmarble has also kind of confirmed this with a teaser released over the weekend.
The first teaser for the upcoming v530 update was about the Future Foundation, which matches up with the leak that mentions new Future Foundation uniforms for Mister Fantastic, Invisible Woman, Thing, and Human Torch.
While Netmarble has yet to confirm the other details in the leak, they’ve been known to be horrible at keeping secrets. So let’s go ahead and just assume that everything is real, including the arrival of water people Wave and Namor.
Wave, the newest Filipina superhero, made her debut in War of the Realms: Agents of Atlas #1 alongside Marvel Future Fight originals and Marvel 616 newbies Crescent, Io, and Luna Snow.
Namor, on the other hand, is anything but new. In fact, he is one of Marvel’s OG characters. Along with the original Human Torch, he appeared in Marvel Comics #1 back in October 1939. It’s appropriate then that he will be joining the v530 update which celebrates Marvel’s 80th anniversary.
Overall, assuming everything in the leak is legit, the coming update is looking great. I can’t wait to burn through all of my gold and crystals to acquire and upgrade everything!
UPDATE August 2, 2019: Wave and Namor have been officially confirmed.
